Chris is a highly experienced real estate investor with expertise developing high-rise multifamily, high-rise office, and retail in urban markets across the US.  Chris is responsible for the investment and asset management activities of the firm.  Chris has overseen the successful development, capital structuring, financing, asset management and disposition of over $3.0 billion in residential and commercial development projects containing more than 8.0 million square feet.

Zac is the President & CEO of Ponsky Capital Partners which is the multifamily acquisition and development arm of the Ponsky and Weiss Families. Under its land and development company platforms, the joint family office focuses on deployment of its generational capital through building institutional quality class A developments primarily in the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West United States. Through multiple cohesive operating platforms of land, development and a stabilized holdings portfolio, PCP provides a vehicle for the families to achieve enhanced returns and capital preservation at the same time. With a significant portion of his career spent in banking, private equity and real estate development, Zac has expertise in both development and complex real estate financing structures and has successfully executed on investing over $600m of equity in over $5B in real estate.
