Redmond, Washington

The downtown Redmond Washington development will be an 8-story, 200-unit+ luxury residential apartment building located along 80th Street in Redmond, WA. This development will include a mix of studio, one and two bedroom units.

A diverse range of signature outdoor amenities will be available for residents including terraces, high end fitness space, co-working space, and resident lounge areas. A club room located at the top floor opens to a large terrace with panoramic views of the Cascade Mountain range all the way to Mount Rainier. The design of the building will create a residential experience inspired by the Pacific Northwest and history of Redmond.
